Jennifer is an experienced research and insight professional with a special focus on helping not-for-profit and mission-driven organisations to develop their services and communications. For seven years she was a Research Director at nfpSynergy, where she oversaw qualitative and quantitative research and insight projects for a broad range of UK charities including Macmillan Cancer Support, Moorfields Eye Hospital, Care International UK, WWF-UK, and National Union of Students. Jennifer also had strategic oversight of nfpSynergy’s syndicated brand and engagement tracking monitors. More recently Jennifer has worked on client strategy, impact measurement and insight projects for NPC (New Philanthropy Capital) as well as stakeholder insight research for clients including University Alliance and Medicins Sans Frontieres UK (MSF-UK). Her background also includes social research for the UK Government and charity fundraising in the USA.
Jennifer is a professional member of both the Market Research Society and the Association of Qualitative Research. She has a PhD from the University of Cambridge and a certificate in statistical methods from the Royal Statistical Society.
